• Max occupancy: 6 guests – because cozy is the new luxury.
• Bedrooms – Queen bed primary bedroom, Double bed in 2nd & 3rd bedroom (also a pull out futon in living room available)
• 50% deposit due at time of booking – to make it official!
• Balance due 30 days before arrival – lock it in!
• $500 refundable security deposit due 3 days before arrival – play nice, get it back.
• $125 cleaning fee for all stays – so you can kick off your shoes and relax.
• $15 resort fee per guest (ages 6+) – kiddos under 6 stay fee-free!
• Waterpark passes can be purchased separately – splash zone, incoming!
• All guests must be 25+ to book – sorry, no spring breakers here.
• Prices are subject to 13% HST + 4% MAT – even taxes need a vacation fund.

Full refund: If canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date.
Partial refund: 50% of total booking If canceled within 30 days of arrival date.
No refund: If canceled less than 30 days of the arrival date.
Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am (you can come to Sherkston earlier on check-in day and stay later on check-out day, however, you can only be at the cottage for the specified periods).
Yes, there is a three night minimum stay.
E-transfer (or credit card with a 3% processing fee).
All prices are plus 13% HST and 4% MAT tax.
Yes, a $500 damage deposit is due 3 days prior to the arrival date.
Maxiumum occupancy is six people.
There are no pets permitted.
Yes, Sherkston has free wifi around the resort and The Vagabond has a private network for cottage use.
Yes, The Vagabond has both air conditioning and heating.
Parking is available at the cottage. No more than two vehicles are permitted.
No towels or linens are provided. Please check the "What to Expect" section for more information on what is provided and what is recommended to pack.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the cottage or on the deck.
A $150 cleaning fee applies to all bookings and professional cleaners are brought in between guests.
